The graduate of the study programme Production Engineering knows the scientific methods of research and development of production technology with an orientation e.g. on the development of machining, forming, welding, robotic equipment, machines for the production and processing of wood, solid waste, etc.

Only applicants who have completed the second cycle of higher education may apply for doctoral studies.

In the application form for doctoral studies, the applicant shall indicate:
a) name and surname, date and place of birth, place of residence,
b) selected study programme and the topic of the dissertation,
c) selected form of doctoral studies.
a) curriculum vitae,
b) a copy of the proof of payment of the admission fee,
b) certified photocopies of the documents of graduation (university diploma, certificate of state examination, diploma supplement, etc.
c) a list of professional and scientific (artistic) works published so far,
d) a confirmation of the applicant's professional experience for full-time studies,
e) a framework project of the dissertation,
f) in case the applicant has passed international examinations in a foreign language, he/she shall attach a certified certificate from these examinations.
Form of entrance exam
The interview consists of:
- a written examination in a foreign language,
- a professional interview in front of the examination board for admission interviews.

- zoznam doteraz publikovaných odborných a vedeckých prác (paper form)

- v prípade, že uchádzač absolvoval medzinárodné skúšky z cudzieho jazyka, priloží overený certifikát z týchto skúšok (paper form)
