The fulfillment of individual goals is ensured through the subjects of the study plan, in terms of their content, the type of educational activities or the method of assessment. For example, transferable skills that the graduate can use in various career and life paths are ensured by teaching foreign languages and specialized subjects that develop presentation skills or media and information competence (e.g. the subject Rhetoric and presentation skills, Critical thinking and argumentation in political science, Current issues SR policy). As part of exercises/seminars in professional political science subjects, such as Introduction to Political Theory or History of Political Thought, students also develop a relationship with the values of democracy, human rights and active citizenship by working out specific assignments and interactive activities. Creating presentations, seminar papers and the final thesis, the student acquires the ability to formulate their positions, argue, apply the acquired knowledge and solve assigned tasks or problems. Part of the subjects includes educational activities and evaluated outputs in English, which increases the competence of the graduate to communicate and work in a foreign language environment. The scope of the foreign language component in the subject is defined in the information sheet of the subject, while all teachers who will teach in foreign languages have some experience in such an approach, or they have adequate education, which guarantees them adequate professional expression.
