Technology and management in construction

Graduates can analyze problems in the preparation and implementation of various types of construction, design simple structures, analyze and maintain a basic economic agenda. They have a basic knowledge of human resources management, business, law, principles of teamwork and coordination of specialists from other professions. They are able to creatively develop basic theoretical knowledge towards a principled understanding of the issues and flexible management of organisational and technological tasks while respecting the principles of quality, safety, environmental protection and economic efficiency of construction activity. The graduate of the study programme will be applied in the construction of all types of buildings and in the design of structures of simple buildings. Graduates of the study programme are qualified to perform all functions and activities in the preparation, implementation and reconstruction of all types of buildings and in the production of building materials and semi-finished products at lower levels.
