Geology and Regional Development

The graduates will apply in the deep sea as well as surface mining companies, in government, managing the environment, in rescue, fire protection, safety at work on the sections and in the management of raw materials and energy sources as a basic source of industrial activities. The graduates in the field of geological services, design, production, research institutes, in the environment, in legislative work, in mining exploration, construction of tunnels and roads, in the management of geological survey works. Graduates are prepared for management, research and design work, the management of drilling technology works, post production, transport and storage of oil and gas in the area of special foundation, in the cable.
Graduates acquire the ability to perform all types of surveying works on the surface and underground, in state and private sector in industrial areas: construction, mining, engineering, metallurgy, as well as non-industrial applications: surveying and mapping work for agriculture, aquaculture, forestry, landscaping , across the land registry offices, land offices and the like.
